Residential development

Byways & Highways Ltd has recently completed a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for a residential development in Camborne.  The project is currently being considered by planners.

Our input involved the identification of trip generation associated with previous trips within the site and subsequently production of a robust Transport Assessment identifying all transport issues within the new mixed use development.  The proposals form part of a larger master plan, which was recently adopted by Kerrier District Council and CPR Regeneration in Cornwall.

Byways & Highways Ltd has worked with this client on a number of projects and our understanding of their needs and production of robust transport engineering advice has resulted in a long term relations.
